Our 2009 Reserve Chardonnay mirrors Montrachet more closely than any recent bottling. Subtly powerful and complex aromas of crushed blossoms, pear, slate and slightly smoky spices are endlessly alluring; but the palate is the real seducer. Sumptuous, clean, and silky-rich in texture, the wine is a Siren song of creamy minerality, caramel and brioche notes. Vibrantly fresh, youthful and balanced the finish goes on in waves. 400 cases produced.
