Hours after our Syrah fruit is sent to open-top fermenters, we drain-off some of the pink-hued juice to concentrate color in the final red wine and create a fun rosé. Our 2009 Vin Gris is 100% Syrah, fermented and aged 3 to 4 months in neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels. This rosé is beautifully colored and packed with ripe raspberry fruit. Focused, fresh and fragrant with subtle spices, the wine is dry and perfect for Spring or Summer sipping! 100 cases produced.
