Hours after our Syrah fruit is sent to open-top fermenters, we drain-off some of the pink-hued juice to concentrate color in the final red wine and create a fun rosé. Our 2010 Vin Gris is 100% Napa Valley Syrah, fermented and aged 3 months in neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels. This rosé exudes ripe strawberry fruit color and character with floral notes, peaches, and lots of spice. Full-bodied and ripe yet lively, dry and refreshing, this wine is perfect for Spring or Summer sipping! 50 cases produced.
